Other Info: Requiem Gravare is a large scale concert work for soprano, mezzo, tenor and baritone soloists,
SATB chorus and chamber ensemble. The libretto by Robert H. Walker, Jr. is a new translation of
the requiem text, beautifully woven together with material acknowledging the five aspects of grief.
The 50 minute work was commissioned by The University of South Carolina Concert Choir,
conducted by Dr. Alicia W. Walker.
