Other Info: Will Todd has been performing Give Me Joy In My Heart with his jazz trio forever!  When choosing music for the BBC broadcast of the Durham Jazz Evensong in 2009, music director Andrew Earis suggested making an SATB version with jazz trio (plus optional organ, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombones and timpani) and congregation, and this is how this version came into being.  To be sung with ‘great joy’.  It is available as a recording by The Choir of St Martin-in-the-Fields on the album Evensong in Blue.
