Other Info: The Dream Of The River is a 12 minute work for choir, youth choir and chamber orchestra. The work was originally scored for symphony orchestra and was commissioned by Newcastle Choral Society in celebration of their 60th anniversary. With words by the composer, the work was inspired by Michael Chaplin’s book ‘Tyne View’. Conducted by Mark Anyan, it premiered on 29 November 2014 at The Sage, Gateshead.
