Other Info: Rejoice Choral Suite was commissioned in 2011 for Surrey Youth Big Band and Surrey Youth Choir by Surrey Arts and The Lee Family in memory of their daughter Beatrice. The three movements are entitled: Sing, The Lord Is With You, and The Lord your God. Â It is a setting of biblical text from Zephaniah. Originally scored for SATB and big band it was first performed in London in 2012, conducted by Rufus Frowde. Â Rejoice is available as a recording by the Wellensian Consort, conducted by Christopher Finch, on the album Footprints.
