Guildford Mass (SATB and Organ)

Other Info:  Mass for the People of Guildford was commissioned by Guildford Cathedral to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the completion of the Cathedral in 1961. First performed in worship on 17th May 2011 by the Cathedral Choir, directed by Katherine Dienes-Williams.  The Agnus and Sanctus movements from Mass for the People of Guildford are also available as separates from Boosey and Hawkes.

The Mass was originally scored for choir and organ, although the Agnus and Sanctus have since been arranged for strings and harp and feature on the album Lux et Veritas.
