Other Info: Every Gift was written in 2015 for the chamber choir of St Mary's School, Calne and is adapted from a poem by Lauren Wiltshire.

See the donkey, just a donkey
Tired and weary missing home,
But her journey is for Mary
and the Saviour of the world.

See the camel, just a camel,
Hot and thirsty from afar,
But his journey brings gold offerings
With the guiding of a star

Gather now at the manger,
Bringing gifts to our saviour
Alleluia the angels cry.
Hurry now to be with Him
Come in praise of the new king
Glory be to God on high.

See the lamb, just a lamb
Young and helpless all alone
But she worships the Christchild
As she kneels down at His throne.
