Hear Will Todd's Songs of Peace, performed by Reading Festival Chorus as part of their From the Bavarian Highlands concert taking place at Wesley Methodist Church.
The concert takes its title from Edward Elgar's From the Bavarian Highlands.
In addition to Will Todd and Elgar, Eric Whitacre's Seal Lullaby and Hubert Parry's My Soul, There is a Country, are also to be performed.
Reading Festival Chorus is a lively and friendly amateur mixed choir of around 75 singers performing several times a year in or near Reading. As the longest-established choral society in Reading, it celebrated 80 years of successful music making in 2025.
