Will conducts professional and amateur performances all over the world. He is in demand to direct his own works such as Mass in Blue and Passion Music where Will leads his well established jazz ensemble, The Will Todd Ensemble from the piano at concert halls, cathedrals and jazz venues all over the world.

Will is also a guest conductor for St Martin’s Voices as they present his eclectic choral catalogue in their regular concert series and recordings. He also regularly leads workshops and sessions including conducting at Welsh National Opera and Opera North.
