Join us at All Saints Church, Northampton this May to sing Will Todd’s Mass in Blue and learn directly from the celebrated composer Will Todd himself!
Mass in Blue is a jazz interpretation of the Latin mass for SATB (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) voices and Soprano soloist. It combines jazz rhythms with expressive choral harmonies and solo piano. Commissioned in 2003, it has quickly become a favourite in choral repertoire, and we think you will love it too!
The Northampton Bach Choir will be performing the full work at our ‘Then Sing We All’ Concert on 21 June 2025 at Christchurch, Northampton, and we’re delighted to have local choral enthusiasts join us in this workshop as we kick off preparations for this exciting, and expressive blended work!
